Positive Self-Talk
Years ago, I had very low self-esteem. I didn’t think I was worthy or good enough. I didn’t think I was smart, or a good person, and on and on went my negative thoughts. After listening to positive self-talk over a period of time, it changed my life. It helped boost my confidence, and introduced optimistic thoughts that saved me from depression. It eliminated stress that shielded my heart, and it improved my performance in everything I did. I now have high self-esteem, and I’m very happy. And I want the same for you. This is how I did it. I’m going to say a phrase, then pause, while you say it out loud. – Patty
